Start with something simple. Some examples: a bouncing ball, a growing snowball, swimming fish, a blooming flower, or a flying balloon. Try to move something, for example a boat, from A to B.

To make it even easier to get started, FlipKit offers a selection of hand-drawn templates that you can trace and expand for your own animations. Simply press the plus button in the app and select a template.

All animations you create are stored on your device in the "Files" app under the "FlipKit" folder, recognizable by its icon. FlipKit files can be shared and copied to another device.
If you're using iCloud, you can find the "FlipKit" folder under Files -> iCloud Drive -> FlipKit.
If you’re not using iCloud, the "FlipKit" folder is located directly under Files.
The most common cause is a lack of storage space. Please check if your device has enough free space and free up storage if necessary.
Check if your version of FlipKit is up to date. If not, connect your device to the internet. The app will then automatically update to the latest version.
If you’ve titled your animation, special characters like (“/“, “:”, …) may occasionally cause issues. Try renaming the title to see if this resolves the problem.
Depending on your device and available storage, the number of images you can import may be limited. We recommend importing images in small batches instead of all at once. Also, ensure you have enough free disk space.
Please email us at [email protected]. You can also send us your FlipKit files (found in the "Files" app, as explained above) for us to take a closer look. If the file is very large, we recommend sending it via WeTransfer.
